League Of Legends Patch 13.16 August 2023: All Updates, Skins, Buffs, Nerfs And More
League of Legends is a popular multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) video game developed and published by Riot Games.
Riot Games: It is a renowned American video games developer & Publisher founded in 2006.
The company is most famous for creating the immensely popular MOBA game “League of Legends”.
League Of Legends launched in 2009 has become one of the most successful and widely played online games globally leading to the rise of the esports scene around the game.
In the game, the player controls the Champions character with distinct abilities & roles engaging in intense team-based battles.
The objective is to destroy the opposing teams’ nexus, a chore structure located in their base while defending your nexus.
Matches are played on various maps with unique layouts and objectives.
League of Legends is renowned for its strategic depth requiring players to collaborate, devise tactics and communicate effectively to secure victory.
In the game, the base can be reached by three different lanes each one is protected by a tower that you will have to destroy to move forward.

There are three types of lanes:
Top lane
Mid lane
Bot lane
At the end of each lane, there will be a structure called inhibitors.
League of Legends patch 13.16 August 2023:
League of Legends’ fourth scheduled update of 2023 (and season 13) comes in the form of patch 13.6 which will arrive at the end of March.
- Updates:
- Release date: Patch update 13.6 will arrive on Wednesday 22nd of March 2023.
Here’s roughly when you can expect the update to roll out:
- 3 am PT (NA servers)
- 5 am GMT (EUW servers)
- 3 am CET (EUNE servers)
It’s also a chance for new skins, cosmetics and content to be added to the game.
- A lot of focus is in the bot lane so far for 80 carries evolution & Kalyan getting buffs.
- Support enchantresses specifically have karma, Lulu & Milo nice buffs
- Mid Lane has some aggressive play styles involving Akali & styles getting buffs.
- It looks like it’s the world’s time so they make the hype champions get really good and really op.
- Buffs:
- Milio: he went nerfs a couple of patches ago somewhat into the ground not really because he’s still okay but he’s still getting buffed he has fallen off a fair bit and because of the engaged matter, Emilio you are not enjoying life too much. In the bot lane unless the lane is very passive because both supports are like enhances and you can scale for free and you know like just chill but at the moment against religious against Rickon its very difficult to make Milio work so the bus here I am not sure what they are going to buffing and cues damages in the ratio.
- Lucian: The shield you can give Lucy already empowers his passive but Lucian is a champion getting buffed. Lucian is kind of in a good spot at the moment he works with both types of supports engage & enchanters because his passive got changed a couple of patches ago. He is not that bad a champion if we look like Karken into Navori & then cool down boots he has really good win rates with the engaged matter as well Lucia not only works offensively but also defensively kind of like Ezreal.
- Nerfs :
- Rexai: rek’s copying more nurse the nurse recently did absolutely nothing for it because you just go bruiser and you are still a stride breaker as well by the way this item stride breaker is not getting nerfed so you are still getting 60 attacks damage from it.
