5 Strongest Hokage In Naruto: Skills, Abilities And More

Naruto is one of shonen’s legendary big three titles, alongside Bleach and One Piece, and all three juggernaut shonen series take care to flesh out their numerous characters in intimate ways. These popular characters feel much more real with background fluff such as their favorite foods, their hobbies, and certainly their birthdays as well.

By now, Naruto fans know all there is to know about their favorite characters, and it’s a lot of fun to see which characters were born on notable holidays or which were born in the same month as one another. Hashirama Senju

Hashirama Senju is a legend from the naruto world who grew up in a war-torn era and ultimately became the man who was named. As a master of all the shinobi arts, Hashirama rose to the top of the era and was known widely as the strongest of his time. He changed the world with his vision and because of that, he’s one of the most loved Kage among the Naruto fans. While not everything has been revealed about his life, quite a lot of interesting stuff has been shown about the First Hokage. Hashirama Senju was known to be the strongest of his era and the only one who could give him a proper fight  With his powers, Hashirama was several levels above everyone else and thus, people held him in great regard.

Tobirama senju

There are many big names in Naruto who have made an impression on the fans. One such character is Tobirama Senju. He was the second Hokage of the Hidden Leaf. He was the younger brother of Hashirama Senju. Tobirama took over after the death of his brother. He was highly revered by his fellow shinobi. Tobirama’s reign was cut short by Kinkaku. During the Second Great Ninja War, Tobirama acted as a decoy to protect the younger generation. He named Hiruzen as his successor and died gallantly in the battle against the Kinkaku squad.

Tobirama Senju was a prodigious kid and from an early age, he looked like he was destined for greatness. He was used by his father, Butsuma Senju, to spy on Hashirama. Tobirama had great intellect and he developed several jutsu. He is responsible for the creation of extremely powerful jutsu such as Shadow Clone Jutsu, Impure World Reincarnation, Flying Thunder God, etc. Most of his Jutsu are labeled forbidden. These techniques are highly sought after and there have been several instances where people have tried to steal the scroll on which the jutsu are written. He was later revived during the Fourth Great Ninja War using his own technique.

Tsunade Senju

Naruto’s Tsunade senju granddaughter and the Fifth Hokage of Konohagakure. After training alongside Jiraiya and Orochimaru, Tsunade went on to gain much acclaim as one of Konoha’s Legendary Sannin and the world’s best medical ninja. During her prime, Tsunade single-handedly revolutionized medical ninjutsu through her creation and implementation of national laws. Renowned for her monstrous strength, incredible chakra control, and vast medical knowledge, Tsunade invented some of the world’s best medical jutsu to bolster her own arsenal.

The Transformation Technique allows its user to change their appearance through the active application of chakra. They can appear younger, older, or change themselves to resemble a completely different person. Due to the nature of the Transformation Technique, its user must reamin focused to maintain their change in appearance.

Minato Senju 

Minato is one of the most beloved characters in naruto despite not having a lot of screen time. He only appeared in the flashbacks and joined the Fourth Great Shinobi War as a reanimation. And yet, Minato’s popularity is not less than any of the main characters. He became the Hokage at a relatively young age and led the village for almost three years before sacrificing himself. Minato was remembered as the village’s hero even long after his death. He is also a notable figure of the Third Great Shinobi War, where his accomplishments earned him the title of Hokage.

Here’s how Minato achieved Hashirama’s dream in Naruto, which the latter could never fulfil. As one of the founders of the Hidden Leaf Village and the First Hokage, Hashirama’s lifelong dream was to create an era of peace. He hated the idea of Shinobi being in constant wars. Therefore, Hidden Leaf was the first step to acquiring peace as it symbolized the alliance of several Shinobi Clans.

Hiruzen Senju

The  Hokage is one of the very few people in the Naruto world who have earned the title of “God of Shinobi.” The first of them was Hagoromo Otsutsuki, the Sage of Six Paths. Following him,  and finally, Hiruzen Sarutobi gained it as well. According to some, Hiruzen was the strongest of all Hokage in his prime days, however, fans never got to see a glimpse of his early days as a ninja in the story.

Hiruzen Sarutobi started his life as a shinobi under Tobirama Senju. He was also joined by his teammates, Koharu Utatane and Homura Mitokado. All three of Tobirama’s students achieved greatness as Hiruzen Sarutobi went on to become the Hokage, while Koharu and Homura were the village elders and were highly respected by everyone, even the Kage.
