5 Changes That Nintendo Switch Is Likely To Make In July 2023

1 years ago By AI Smith

Fans are eagerly waiting to see if there will be an updated Nintendo Switch. Keeping in mind the current gaming landscape and the console’s popularity, here are 5 changes that we can expect Nintendo Switch to make in July 2023 in order to upgrade and compete with other consoles.

5 Changes To Expect In Nintendo Switch

Pair Bluetooth Headphones

It’s been a long time, but Nintendo Switch will now finally support Bluetooth audio devices. You can now listen to your games without worrying about wire dangling from your ears. All you have to do is head to System settings > Bluetooth Audio > Pair Device and connect your headphones.

Make Friends and Play With Them

Nintendo Switch so far doesn’t allow players to play with friends. Nintendo may now allow you to play with friends. You will have to first talk to them and get their friend code. The code can be found on the Mii picture in the upper left corner of the home screen by tapping Add Friend. Then click on Search with Friend Code and type in their digits. Your friend code can also be found in the lower right. After you have connected with your friend, ensure that you both own the game. Enter the game and start an online room or battle with friends and invite your friends.

Voice Chat With Friends

After you’ve made Friends with someone Nintendo may also allow you to voice chat with them by using the Switch Online mobile phone app. Other games such as Fortnite have their own on-console chat. However, Nintendo games require you to download the Switch Online app or Android phone or iPhone. To use this feature, all players must have the app open while beginning your play session. You can then chat together using your phones.

Save Battery by Changing Sleep Settings

Battery draining issue is a real thing on Nintendo Switch. Nintendo Switch may get rid of this issue by adding battery saver options in changing sleep settings. Hence docking the Switch may not be a problem anymore. Save a lot of wasted charge if you lower this sleep setting. Go to the System Settings > Sleep Mode > Auto-Sleep (Console) and set your Switch to sleep after one minute of inactivity.

View the Menu in Dark Mode

Dark Mode may soon be available on Nintendo in July. To activate this, select “Basic Black” in Settings > Themes. The dark mode is easier on your eyes especially on the handheld mode
